Due to recent airline changes and increased restrictions regarding snub nosed pets, kennel requirements and new lower temperature allowances, your quote may reflect the only available options based on these new rules.
If you ask for Memphis and we give you an alternate airport - this is due to limited availability into that airport you are requesting based on information provided to us at the time of your quote.
We do not make the determination of what is considered a snub nosed dog, and often we get clients who share pictures with us of a Pit Bull or American Bulldog with a nose the size of a German Shepherd, however the American Veterinarian Medical Association (AVMA) is who has made these determinations based on breed structure and has provided this list to the airlines.
(We know that many Pit Mixes have very long snouts, but this is not our decision)

If your dog or cat falls under and of these breeds, we will have to use alternate routing methods that we will provide to you in your quote.
You are welcome to send pictures of mixed breeds, however, if your dog looks mostly like the predominant breed of which is listed below we will have to follow those new guidelines.
You can upload a picture at the end of this form if you want to submit to us for clarification.
We can always move your pet, but we may offer alternative routing if necessary.
